2015 Highlights

I cannot believe how quickly this year has flew in, but I must say it has been one of the best years of my life for several reasons so I thought I would share my 2015 highlights with you.

Over the past few years I have changed my mind in regards to what I want to do as a future career, I mean I even turned down University offers three years ago for Social Work. Present time I've completed more A-levels and got amazing results, and I've started my degree in Tourism Hospitality and Events, and I couldn't be more happier with my choice.

In the past few years I've faced a lot of adversity in my life, mainly all related through serious health problems. However, at the beginning of this year I felt a change in how I was feeling, I kind of became recluse never wanted to go out, put on a lot of weight due to medication and I couldn't really do many things someone my age could. Just before Easter all that changed and I put this down to a healthy attitude and basically giving myself a kick up the bum. I really threw myself in to exercise and eating healthy and things started to change resulting in my confidence coming back.

Personal life
Due to my confidence growing a lot of things changed in my personal life this year, I started going on more nights out met new friends, and I even bagged myself a boyfriend! One of the main highlights was becoming an auntie to my adorable niece who was born really close to my birthday (best present ever lol).

For a long time I've been addicted to reading blogs, and watching YouTubers. I think it's because I'm rather nosy lol! I have always inspired to have my own blog, and once again due to my confidence coming back I've done this. I was really proud of myself for doing all of Blogmas, and I do feel some of the content was really good. Now I've got a tripod for my camera and some more technical things I can get my pictures to a higher standard, and I've been planning ahead to ensure all my content is better to make this blog as good as I can, so feedback or tips is welcomed ;)

There has been many other things that have been amazing this year, and I can't wait too see what 2016 has in store for me. I hope you all have fun ringing in the New Year tonight whatever your doing, and I wish you all a happy and safe 2016! Love you all <3

Christmas Eve Traditions | BLOGMAS DAY 24

Every year I do the same things on Christmas Eve (hence the title LOL) so I thought I'd share my traditions with you guys.

In the morning we travel to my grandparents house in Belfast and all my extended family come and we all spend the day together, giving gifts, eating chocolate or whatever my auntie has baked. Basically just catching up together.

Then we travel home and we always get a McDonalds on the way (yes it's a tradition). Once I get home I help mum with some cooking preparations and tidying things away.

After all that I then will have festive pamper time (click here to see that post) I also use my Father Christmas Lush Bomb

After that I will make some hot chocolate, pick a Christmas movie this year I'm choosing Love Actually. Then I curl up on the sofa with my drink and cuddle my puppy Bella and enjoy the movie.

Once thats finished I'll go to bed and lay my stocking at the end for santa ;) then I will read my book, at the moment I'm reading All the Bright Places, I highly recommend it!! Then go to sleep, well try cause I still feel like a big child trying to fall asleep even though I'm excited! LOL

So yeah this is what I usually do every year, however this year I sadly have to work from 3pm - 11pm :( yeah, retail part time jobs suck! So I won't be doing as many of my traditions as I usually do.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas Eve, I cannot believe tomorrow is my last Blogmas post! PS. 1 MORE SLEEP :D
