My Workout Routines | MONDAY MOTIVATION

So this is the First official Monday Motivation post - EEK!
It's been a week now, I'm sticking to it and I hope any of you that are on the Fitness Train are still aboard (CRINGE LOL). So today I will be letting you know some of the things I've been doing to work out. I plan to build on this, and there's lots of new things I'm going to add to it, so I will update you when that is done.

Charlotte Crosby 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD

This dvd is the holy grail *hand praise emoiji* I got this last year when I was being healthy and it worked really well, and all week it has been kicking my ass! It's easy to buy and really doesn't take much time out of your day. I've been trying to do it in the morning and at a night or once a day but the full 10 sessions.

Treadmill

We have a treadmill at home which is really handy, so I've been going on that at nighttime while, I stay on it for half an hour, while watching Hollyoaks LOL!

Running

I love running and the areas were I live our pretty secluded so I can run through fields or little country lanes where your not really disturbed LOL! I haven't been able to do this as much due to the weather, but I will be doing it more when I can.

So it's not much at the minute but it's better than nothing and I will be stepping it up over the next few weeks, if you have any fitness tips that I can use when working out, let me know in the comments.

  1. It's really nice that you have a plan and posting about as well as keeping track of your progress definitely helps. Also lucky you for having a treadmill! I started running but it's just so cold! Thanks for the extra motivation though :)

  3. I'm trying to get fitter too, but I have had such a hard time with getting myself motivated for running in the past that I have given up. Well done to you for sticking with it so far.
Instead of running my workout routine consists of doing yoga everyday, twice weekly floorball training and a group lesson like Zumba ones in a while. It works much better for me.

  4. I'm really looking forward to reading more of these monday motivation posts! :) Running is definitely something I love to do as well (two years ago I would have never thought that I would ever say this) and it helps me to clear out my head. I have a workout planned for today & reading your fitness motivation posts made me so much more motivated so thank you for that x

  5. Sounds like you're doing awesome! I've seen a few thing about that belly blitz, I'll have to check back and see how you get on with it.
